Who we are
Eden Luxury Spa runs a spa at Shop No: 10A, 1st Floor, Jayanthi Nagar Main Road, Horamavu, Bangalore 560016. You can reach us on +91 99452 04849. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website or contact us.
Information we collect
- Details you give us. When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or visit the spa, we may receive your name, phone number and booking details such as the service, date and time.
- Website usage data. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These collect information such as the pages you view, the links you tap (including call and WhatsApp buttons), your device and browser type, your approximate location and the site you came from.
- Call tracking. To measure calls that come from our ads, Google may show a different phone number to visitors who arrive from an ad. Calls to that number connect to us.
- Maps. Our pages may load an embedded Google map. Google may collect information about your visit to that map under its own policy.
- Instagram. If you follow the link to our Instagram profile, Instagram handles your visit under its own policy.
How we use information
- To answer your enquiries and manage your appointments.
- To understand which pages and ads lead to enquiries, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar identifiers to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or change your Google ad settings. The website still works if you block them.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services we use to run the business: Google (analytics, advertising and maps) and WhatsApp, if you message us there. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
